Intermediate/Advanced Nuno Felting:  Vest or Poncho.  With Becky DeVivo.  Saturday and Sunday, September 7 and 8, 2019.  Saturday:  12-4 PM, Sunday 10 AM-4 PM.  $200.00.  Includes all materials (except embellishment yarns)  $50.00 deposit holds your space.

This is an advanced Nuno felting class. Basic knowledge of Nuno Felting is required. 

Learn how to create a pattern and lay out your design to create a Nuno felted vest/ poncho using a wet felting technique. You will choose colors of silk material, mulberry silk laps, and merino roving plus any hand spun yarns or embellishments.   You will create a light weight yet highly textured piece you’ll wear for years to come!

Make sure to come early before the class starts if you wish to purchase any yarns or embellishments for your design.  Instructor will consult with students on color choices prior to class (custom dyed for you!) 

Day 1:  choosing materials and laying out design.  Day 2: Wet felting. 

Lunch:  take out available, plus refrigerator and microwave.  Light snacks, water and tea provided. 

This is a wet-felting class, AND VERY PHYSICAL, so come prepared with work/play shoes and clothes and an old towel or two.
