return policy

Madison Wool return policy: NO returns on patterns, books, magazines, needles, accessories or special orders. Yarn can be returned for STORE CREDIT- only if in original condition and returned within THIRTY DAYS of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.

Class deposits: if you cancel within the 5 day time frame, your deposit can be refunded minus $5.00 processing fee. No Call/no shows to class will receive no refund.
