Learn to make a fun hat! Carina Spencer’s Garter Cable Hat is a fun pattern to learn to knit in the round, make a cable, and learn to decrease for a short or slouchy hat. You will learn how to knit in the round, read a pattern, how to cable, and to decrease using double pointed needles or magic loop.
