Unwind & Knit. Generally  First Saturday of the Month: September 6, October 11, November 1, December 6, 2025, January 3, 2026 , February 7, 2026, March 7, 2026 and April 4, 2026 .   2:00-4:30 PM.   $40.00 includes knitting/crochet guidance, yoga, tea, and chair massage .  $10.00 deposit holds your space.  Call 203-245-5921 to register.   

Combine knitting / crochet and yoga for a fun and relaxing afternoon!   Bring a project to work on (or find something new!), then work out the kinks and knots in your body and mind with a chair massage and gentle yoga.   Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes!
